1. About us and about personal data
Graphic Delivery (hereafter the “Company”) is an Amsterdam, Netherlands based graphic design blog that offers free and premium graphic design resources such as fonts, textures, patters, icons and other. Graphic Delivery is owned and operated by designer Vlad Cristea.
Every person (hereafter the “User”) who visits, uses the Website or subscribes to our Newsletter discloses a certain amount of personal data. The personal data is information, which allows us to identify you as a natural person (regardless of whether we actually do this), such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, social media usernames.
For purposes of EU data protection law (GDPR), the Company is the data controller of your personal information. This means that when you use our products, services and website, we will collect certain information about you (“personal data”) directly (provided by you) or indirectly (such as your IP address). We also determine the purpose and manner in which your personal data is being processed. We also collect information and aggregated data regarding our features, user behavior and navigational information which helps us tailor our services and understand usage trends.
When you download free resources from our website you automatically give your consent.
We only use and process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and any replacement legislation, or any similar regulation under any applicable law, and any regulatory requirements or codes of practice governing the use, storage or transmission of personal data.

We commit to only collect and process adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, the following categories of personal data:

This data is collected at the time of your completion of a form on the Website and when you use our services. These data are necessary for the provision of our services. The amount of personal data collected depends on your use of the Website and the functionalities of the Website.
We do not intend to collect any data from persons below the age of 16 without the consent of their legal guardian. However, in most cases we cannot verify your age. If you believe we have collected information on a person below the age of 16, please contact us at email@example.com so we can delete that information.
We are not using automated decision-making including profiling.

Google remarketing and Facebook retargeting. We may use these two, or similar, cookies for promoting our products and services.
If you leave a comment on the website you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
5. The purpose of processing
We collect your personal data for the sole purpose of offering every User of our website a safe, optimized and personal user experience on our website.
The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel certain operations if personal data is missing, incorrect or incomplete.

Your personal data is processed for internal use within the Company only.

7. How long do we store your personal data?
Your data is stored as long as necessary to achieve the ends pursued. We erase your data from our database as soon as they are no longer necessary for the ends pursued or if you exercise your right to erasure.
Our legal and regulatory obligations impose that we retain your data for a maximum of 10 years for electronic services/purchase of digital goods and 7 years for purchase of physical goods.
For our marketing purposes we only use our current email list and that information will be directly available to the owner, Vlad Cristea, only when you are subscribed by providing affirmative consent since May 2018. We do not store your email address outside of the Mailchimp environment.

Right to access – If you can prove your identity, you have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data. You can request and receive a copy of the personal information we store from you.
Right to rectification of your personal data – Your personal data may be inaccurate or incomplete. If so, you can request us to rectify your data.
Right to erasure (”right to be forgotten”)- You have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data in any of these cases:
Your personal data are no longer necessary for the intended purposes
You wish to withdraw your given consent for the processing and there is no other legal ground for processing
You wish to validly exercise your right of opposition
In case of your data is being illegally processed

Right to limitation of processing – In certain cases, you have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, especially in case of dispute as to the accuracy of the data, if the data are necessary in the context of legal proceedings.
Right to object – You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. We will stop processing your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing which prevail over your right to object.
Right to data portability – You have the right to obtain and reuse any personal data, which you have provided us.
Right to withdraw your consent – You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by using the unsubscribe link you will find at the bottom of any newsletter.
Right to complain – If you reside in the EU and you are not satisfied with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you wish to exercise your rights, you must send a written request and proof of identity by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than 1 month after we receive your request.
